To use a Credit Note on a new order, simply choose the desired products on our website and proceed as follows:
- Select the payment method by MB Reference;
- Indicate the credit note number in the comments field before finalizing the order;
- Ignore the first MB reference you receive;
- Contact our support team using the contact form , selecting the subject Request or Change - My order - Discount a credit note on my order.
We will make the necessary changes and contact you with the information necessary to complete the order.
